Nominations

Any unit owner can run for the Executive Board. If the Unit owner is an entity, one and only one, of its owners or officers so designated by such entity can be nominated and serve. There are 2 ways to be nominated:

  1. Send your written notice advising of your nomination (yourself or someone else) and a statement from the candidate of his/her willingness to serve on the Executive Board to the Clerk (Sarah for 2026 elections) at least five (5) days before the meeting at which the election is to be held. For 2026, the meeting will be held June 20th at 10am.
  2. Or nominations can be submitted from the floor during the meeting providing that the Unit Owner only nominates one candidate.

Elected Board Members meet within 10 days following the Annual Association Meeting to elect Officers of President, Treasurer, Clerk, and At-Large officer. Any member of the board may hold two offices simultaneously except the President shall not hold any other office. Each officer may serve an unlimited number of terms as long as such officers continue to be re-elected to the Executive Board.
